Dr. Bryan Allen grew up in Tallahassee, Florida, and from day one, was always searching for the next dog to pet.
Veterinary medicine sounded like the perfect blend of science and petting dogs, so he made his way to Florida State University, where he earned a BS in Biology. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 2018.
When not in his white coat, Dr. Bryan avidly follows all things FSU. He is a former trumpet player for the FSU Marching Chiefs and still makes music an important part of his life. These days you can find him at a rock concert, brewery or out on the trails getting some sunshine.
Throughout vet school Dr. Bryan made several visits to Asheville and completed a surgical externship with the ASPCA Humane Alliance. In 2019 he joined the Pet Vet on Patton team and moved to the area permanently. Dr. Bryan is happy to provide excellent medicine and an enjoyable experience to your cats and dogs!
Currently Dr. Bryan has two cats from the same litter named Fry and Rhoda, as well as a Bassett Hound named Gemma.
