Dr. Lea Osborne, D.V.M., is a graduate of North Carolina State College of Veterinary Medicine and has been in practice for over ten years, working as a traveling veterinarian, an associate of various hospitals, and as an emergency and soft tissue surgeon for Regional Emergency Animal Care Hospital (R.E.A.C.H.) of Buncombe County.
Dr. Osborne grew up on a farm near Weaverville and decided at an early age to become a veterinarian. At the age of eight, she began accompanying a local veterinarian on farm visits. She has two dogs and two cats of her own and regularly exercises her dogs on mountain biking trips. Dr. Osborne is married with two happy children.
