Dear Dr. Lea Osborne, You made Pancho’s last day as calm and peaceful as possible. You are a talented veterinarian, and I appreciate the patience and compassion you showed us during a difficult time. Thanks for your kindness.
Dr. Osborne & Staff, Thanks for taking good care of Amber and me in December. Sleeping on the futon was awesome! At home we just have pillows on the floor. Blue says thanks, too, and you know cats–they don’t show their thanks easily. My dad thinks it’s time for Dr. Osborne to go on another adventure so he can work with the special folks there! XOXO
Thank you very much for the card. Anthony and I appreciate knowing that we have a wonderful vet and staff like you guys, who are there for us and our babies. Everyone makes it easy to call and ask questions and just to know that you guys care. We miss Coco so bad it hurts, and we are still praying for Ceazer, but as I said, he is in good hands. Thanks again for your thoughts and for working with us.
To all the incredible people who helped to save Trout, I want to say thank you for helping me and Trout through this difficult time. I appreciate your patience with my frequent visits and unending questions. You are all incredibly compassionate and talented individuals. Thank you again! We are all lucky to have you! I know you’ll keep up the good work.
Lea, we can’t thank you enough for taking all of our late-night vacation calls because Lily had ingested something or other (rat poison, Rimadyl, Styrofoam). Knowing you care so much and are always available in an emergency–which there seem to be a lot of–means more than you know. We also love your staff. Everyone has been wonderful to us and to Lily. Thanks so much. Hopefully, we’ll be seeing you all (but not too often) for years to come.
Lea: Randy and I wanted to do a little something to thank you and your staff for all your care with Tucker. Although we were very sad, we were greatly comforted by your process and concern for Tucker’s care. We have never experienced such a kind, humane approach, and we will be forever grateful to you for this. Thank you all–for all you do on behalf of animals.
Faith is amazing. She does wonderful work, and she has the sweetest personality. She treats every dog I have ever seen her with as if it were her own. She is always very positive and upbeat and complimentary and never has anything negative to say. When I went to pick Amy up from being groomed, they had some kids there, and Amy was very good with the children, which leads me to believe that being with Faith is socializing her to be more comfortable around other people. My dogs are my babies, but they do not get to spend time with other dogs, so I plan to bring them back to the Pet Vet for their doggie daycare. I am also planning to board them there, at which point they will have their own room, and I am confident they will be well taken care of. They also have a vet on staff if anything goes wrong, which I appreciate. Faith is just an awesome person, and she is very skilled at what she does. They have a great facility, and the receptionist Cathy does a great job, as well. It is a wonderful outfit, and I have been happy with everything they have done.
I would not have lasted without all you “Ladies of the Pet Vet.” My heartfelt gratitude to all of you for the patience, love, intelligence, and laughter you have brought to Bailey and me, and I feel like we have become life-long friends. Many more anniversaries to come (I hope), and may all of you have great successes in the future. To Dr. Lea, Candy, Deyani, Kathy, Alison, Faith, Rachel (the other Alison), Dr. JoAnn–sweet, sweet blessings and tons of love.
Dr. Osborne and crew, On the night of October 17th and morning of October 18th, my husband and I brought our dog Moose to R.E.A.C.H. to be looked at. We were certain that he was knocking on death’s door. When we were told about what had to be done, we did not know whom to go to. The doctor there recommended Dr. Osborne on the morning of the 18th. I was surprised to receive a call right back from her after leaving a message. I was even more surprised that she was willing to put her regular clients, who had appointments, to the side to take care of a dog and owners that she had not seen before. I am convinced that–because of Dr. Osborne and her crew–Moose is alive and well today. I cannot express how appreciative I am of what you all did for us. I believe that Dr. Osborne and her staff truly care about animals and try to serve them to the best of their abilities, regardless of whether they are regularly seen or not. You’ll never know what that means to me and my family. Because of you all, I get to look at Moose today and not just a picture of him! Again, I want to thank all of you who worked with Moose. I am positive that it is because of you that I still have my boy with me today! I cannot thank you all enough for what you did.
